Ingredients
- 4 cans cans of chicken broth (15 oz)
- 2 diced chicken breasts
- 8 ounces sliced white mushrooms
- 3/4 cup barley, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon dill weed (fresh if possible)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh if possible)
Directions
Simmer together everything except the lemon and dill weed until chicken and barley are done (about 30-40 minutes).
Add dill and lemon. Simmer 1/2 hours longer.
