Ingredients

  • 3 pounds potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 packet grated cheese
  • 1½ cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven at 400˚
Grease ovenproof dish and dust with the garlic powder.
Layer potatoes with cheese, finishing with layer of cheese.
Season each layer with the salt and pepper. Pour milk over potatoes…
Bake for 45 -50 minutes

You can add a layer of onions or diced ham or tomatoes etc.
Serve with salad and French bread
